The Cypher Social @ THE EDIT, is an open-format space where DJs of all levels can step in, plug in, and express whatever they feel. Conceived from conversations with DJX community members DJ Junior Chuck and DJ Throdown, the Cypher Social was created as an “electronic campfire” for DJs to freely express their creativity.

The Cypher Social is about breaking the boundaries between DJs to build community. No egos, no cliques – just connection through music. It’s a creative gathering point where turntables replace gossip, and inspiration comes from shared passion. A social circle for DJs – where the conversation stays real, and anyone with the passion to play gets their moment.

The idea also connects directly to what DJX is building around THE EDIT and the new Creator Camp Workshop Series on Level 1 of the DJX Campus – a more open, hands-on environment where DJs, producers, creators, and music-minded attendees can learn from each other through peer-to-peer feedback. The Cypher Social gives that same spirit a place to breathe on the DJX Main Floor.
