DJX ‘26 Campus Overview: Your Blueprint to DJ Week

Welcome to the DJX Campus / DJ Week – A.C. This is not the old-school tradeshow of yesterday – it is the one experiential gathering that focuses on future opportunity. Returning August 10–13, 2026, at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. For us, DJX is not just another show on a calendar — it is who we are and what we do. It is the place where the passion, effort, energy, and commitment behind the DJ community come together in one powerful week. It is where DJs, producers, creators, brands, educators, and industry leaders gather on the DJX Campus to reconnect, discover, learn, perform, build business, and move the culture forward.

The “X” in DJX has always meant more than a letter, and it is NOT short for “expo” It represents the crossroads where different parts of the industry meet — music and technology, performance and business, brands and creators, education and experience, legacy and what comes next. It is the exchange of ideas, the expansion of opportunity, and the connection between every tribe of DJ culture. a concentrated, efficient, high-value gathering built around the people who live the DJ LIFE every day.

Everything we have been building reflects that purpose. From new districts like THE EDIT and brandboX, new workshops like The Creator Camp Workshops and Website Roasts, experiences like the Gaming Lounge, Portable Battles, The DJX Repair Shops, The Cypher Social, The DJ Annex Meetup Lounge, Mainstage Performances, Brand Showcases, and Product Drops - Level 1 of the DJX Campus is designed with intention.

On Level 2 of the DJX Campus, DJX Education remains the engine of DJ Week for all — from business-building sessions and production workshops to sales, marketing, technology, sponsored seminars, nXt Summer Camps, Master Classes, & keynotes. Add to it: Demo Rooms – Level 2 Audio, Sunset Sessions, After Dark events, and networking opportunities. Attendees will be able to link directly to the education schedule, map their week, and chart their own path through the campus using the newly developed and soon to be released DJX App,making it easier to move between sessions, showcases, meetups, and the moments that matter most.

This is where the energy of DJ Week becomes a blueprint for what comes next. This is the X, the crossroads of the industry, and the most time – and cost-efficient – experiential gathering designed to build a future that includes all DJs, not just one or two segments.

LEVEL 1

THE EDIT Expands: THE EDIT expands for DJX ’26 because the boundaries of creativity in music production have changed. Today’s creators produce, mix, stream, perform, and distribute content from anywhere, and THE EDIT is evolving into a creator-focused neighborhood where pro-audio legacy meets the speed of the creator economy — live from the DJX Campus.

Creator Camp Workshop Series: Creator Camp is its own hands-on experience inside THE EDIT, built for DJs and producers who want to put new skills to work immediately. Led by New York-based DJ/producer Dylan Hazen, the sessions focus on mashups, stems, loops, MIDI control, hybrid performance, live material organization, and real-world creative workflow — with real gear, real creators, and techniques attendees can bring back to the booth, studio, or stage.

The Studio Bar: Located inside THE EDIT, The Studio Bar is the social hub of Creator Camp — a casual space for creators, innovators, and industry leaders to recharge, network, spark ideas, and turn conversations into opportunities between sessions.

The Cypher Social @ THE EDIT is an open-format space where DJs of all levels can step in, plug in, and express whatever they feel. The Cypher Social is about breaking the boundaries between DJs to build community. No egos, no cliques just connection through music. It’s a creative gathering point where turntables replace gossip, and inspiration comes from shared passion. A social circle for DJs – where the conversation stays real, and anyone with the passion to play gets their moment. BRING YOUR LAPTOP

EVinyl Lounge: The EVinyl Lounge powered by Electro-Voice and EVIVA gives vinyl culture a focused, music-first spotlight at the DJX ’26 entrance. Twelve DJs will perform, share their sound, celebrate a favorite record, and compete for community recognition through the People’s Choice Crate Digger Award.

brandboX: We created brandboX because today’s DJ business is about more than the gear used to perform. Algorithms, accessibility, automations, awareness, branding, marketing, operations, and digital strategy now matter as much as talent. This quieter "district” on the DJX floor is designed for the long game — helping DJs strengthen the brand behind the gear showcasing and advising your business through focused conversations, practical tools, and real strategies that build your business.

Website Roasts: Your website has one job: turn interest into action. Inside brandboX, Brian Lawrence will lead live website critiques that help DJs understand what is helping or hurting their online presence in real time — from SEO and branding to credibility, conversion, Google, AI, and what visitors notice within seconds of landing on the site.

Gaming Lounge powered by Stop The Panic: DJX ’26 brings gaming culture and DJ culture together for the first time in a fully interactive lounge designed to hang, play, create, and connect. Expect classic arcade energy, CRT and handheld gaming stations, indie, retro, and modern titles, plus music-creation tools like PanicTracker and PanicLoop that show where gaming, production, and digital culture are headed next.

The DJX Repair Shop: The Repair Shop expands at DJX ’26 as an on-site tech solution for laptops, phones, and devices. In collaboration with Mo & Joe Electronics, DJs can bring their gear for help with screen replacements, motherboard repairs, battery swaps, data transfers, virus removal, and performance upgrades — because downtime is not an option when the work depends on your tools.

DJX Scratch Invitational: Stop The Panic teams with the World Scratch Invitational Organization to present the first DJX Scratch Invitational Regional Championship, powered by AlphaTheta. Sixteen selected DJs will battle for major prizes, including cash, travel accommodations to next year’s World Scratch Invitational Championship, Pioneer DJ battle mixers, and more — with semifinals and finals creating a true turntablist showcase on the DJX Campus.

East Coast Portable Battle: Curated by Jesse Dean Designs, Reloop, and Rock & Soul Records, the East Coast Portable Battle brings a raw display of skill, style, and sound to DJX. Open to all DJX attendees, the battle is built around timing, flow, crowd control, authenticity, surprise guest judges, and real show-floor energy.

DJX Pop-Up Dayz: What began as a fully wrapped DJX x DJ LIFE Lexus has evolved into a rolling blueprint for opportunity. Powered by DJ Dayz and Lexus in collaboration with DJ LIFE and DJX, DJX Pop-Up Dayz brings the culture to new markets as a mobile DJ booth, content studio, meetup vehicle, ticket-giveaway hub, and gathering point for DJs to share stories, build relationships, and be seen.

The DJ Annex: Experience the DJ Annex, a place to take a break, recharge your phone, connect with fellow DJs, and hang out near the merch shop. As an extension of the show floor, it’s a casual space to meet people, share ideas, and enjoy a few moments away from the action while staying connected to the DJX community. Décor designed in concert with The Female DJ Council.

DJ Merch Shop: Stop by the DJX Merch Shop to grab exclusive DJX ’26 swag, including limited-edition DJX and DJ LIFE swag available only at the show. While you're there, check out the Ultimate DJX Giveaway products featuring thousands of dollars in professional DJ gear and prizes, all up for grabs throughout the event. Jellybean Benitez Keynote Q&A: The iconic Jellybean Benitez joins DJX ’26 for a keynote conversation built around music history, club culture, production, and the kind of career perspective only a true legend can bring. It is another major DJX moment connecting the roots of dance music with the future of the industry.

Arthur Baker Keynote Q&A + Documentary Screening: Arthur Baker joins DJX ’26 for a Keynote Q&A and an exclusive screening of his self-directed documentary, Rockers Don’t Stop: The Revival of Rockers Revenge. It’s a rare chance to hear directly from one of dance music’s most influential producers and connect the history of electro, hip-hop sampling, underground dance culture, and global club music to where the culture is headed next.

Sid Wilson Keynote Q&A: Known as #0 and DJ Starscream, Slipknot’s Sid Wilson brings a different kind of creative fire to DJX ’26. Presented by Stop The Panic, this keynote conversation will explore performance, production, stage energy, genre crossover, and how DJing became a big part of metal.

Sunset Sessions - QSC: QSC helps kick off DJX on Monday, Aug. 10 with an evening of great food, music, and conversation — the perfect way to ease into DJ Week before the night’s After Dark festivities begin.

Sunset Sessions – AlphaTheta Music: AlphaTheta returns to Sunset Sessions at DJX ’26 on Tuesday, Aug. 11, continuing its long-running connection with the DJ community and adding another major brand moment to one of the week’s most anticipated social experiences on the DJX Campus.

nXt: nXt is DJX’s ongoing commitment to the future of DJ culture — helping young talent build confidence, communication, teamwork, leadership, creative thinking, and real performance opportunity. More than a challenge and a DJ class, nXt is about giving emerging creators the tools for life and inviting the DJX community to help support the next generation.

MASTER CLASS: Coach HAPA brings his Scratching Simplified approach to DJX ’26 with a master class built to make turntablism more approachable, understandable, and fun. Designed for DJs who want to strengthen their foundation or finally get comfortable with scratch technique, this session breaks the process down into clear, usable steps — helping attendees build confidence, timing, control, and musicality without feeling overwhelmed. It’s a practical educational experience for anyone ready to add more expression, skill, and personality to their DJ performance.
