DJX ’26 T-Shirt Design Contest Winner Spotlight: DJ Roosta

The multidisciplinary creative seamlessly intertwines the worlds of DJing, MCing, graphic design, and event entertainment.

DJ Roosta brings together the worlds of DJing, MCing, graphic design, and event entertainment –making him a fitting winner of the DJX ’26 T-Shirt Design Contest. An open-format DJ with extensive experience across weddings, private events, school functions, and corporate celebrations, Roosta is focused on creating memorable experiences through high-energy performances, meticulous planning, and a personalized approach to every event. His background in visual design adds another creative dimension to his work behind the booth.

That creative experience extends into broadcasting and digital marketing. As a former Social Media Manager for JVC Broadcasting on Long Island, Roosta developed social media campaigns, promotional flyers, and digital content for multiple radio stations, while his work as host of The Weekend Vibes on Party 105.3 gave him another platform to connect with listeners through music and energetic mixes. His combination of entertainment, design, and media experience has allowed him to approach projects from multiple perspectives, whether he's working a dance floor, developing graphics, or finding new ways to elevate an event.

A passionate member of the DJ community, Roosta continues to embrace emerging technology, collaborate with fellow DJs, and explore new ways to push entertainment forward. His DJX ’26 T-shirt design contest win is a natural extension of that multidisciplinary creativity, which not only bring his skills as a performer to life, but showcase his designer traits and shine a light on his connection to the DJ community. As DJX continues to bring DJs, artists, brands, and entertainment professionals together in Atlantic City, Roosta represents the kind of creative energy and industry involvement the show is built around.
