THE EDIT @ DJX Creator Camp to Offer Next-Gen Producer Workshops

Introducing THE EDIT Creator Camp in ’26, a series of hands-on production workshops focused on mashups, stems, loops, MIDI control, hybrid performance, and real-world creative workflow processes scheduled for August 11-12 from 12-1 pm and from 3:30-4:30 pm on Level 1 of the DJX Campus, #805

Are you looking to enhance your DJ and production skills? Do you have the itch to become a musical artist? Get hands-on with real gear, real creators, and techniques you can immediately put to work with New York-based DJ/producer Dylan Hazen, who will lead up-and-coming DJs and producers through a series of sessions that will level up your game both in the DJ booth and the recording studio.

Are you interested in creating mashups and edits? Looking to more tightly structure your live performances or DJ sets? Do you want to create and organize live material, stems, edits and loops? Do you want to use MIDI controllers/external hardware to enhance your set? These topics and more will be tackled at the Creator Camp.

Hazen, a Berklee College of Music grad, will create an interactive experience for attendees that showcases tools as a music producer and hybrid performer. He’ll have a selection of controllers and production equipment to build a live workstation where attendees can see the entire process in action.
