nXt Summer Camp Expands Offering at DJX ’24

Tools for DJs, Tools for Life: Registration for the nXt@DJX Summer Camp is now available with an expanded offering for return to Atlantic City from Aug. 5-8.

Registration for the nXt Summer Camp at DJX officially opens today (March 14) and brings an expanded approach to ’24. Following a successful launch at DJX ’23, the newly launched nXt Summer Camp is now welcoming aspiring young DJs between the ages of 7 and 20. This expansion reflects a deeper commitment to the nXt initiative of offering opportunity for the beginner to the advanced, with classes applicable to all skill levels. Advancing the breaking down of age barriers within the DJ community, nXt also continues to build the bridge between the next generation of music enthusiasts and those DJs that have inspired them. The nXt Summer Camp promises an inclusive space for all.

Also new for ’24 is an even greater focus on family. For many years, the DJX community has become an “extended family” for attendees – and with nXt@DJX, the annual event is truly a family affair. Family members, caretakers, and educators are encouraged to bring their kids to DJX. Consider this as a way of passing the torch and sharing the coveted experience of engaging with the DJX community. After a successful first edition, nXt also sets out to involve DJ schools, associations, Athletic Leagues and the like to partake in this year’s offerings. The nXt Summer Camp at DJX is more than just a music program; it's a movement!

By extending the reach of nXt@DJX to a wider age group, diversifying its offering, and encouraging family connectivity, the camp aims to cultivate a diverse community of DJs who will shape the future of the industry.

Registration for nXt@DJX ‘24 is now open, offering a chance for future talent to begin their DJ journey as DJX continues to play a pivotal role in nurturing the next wave of DJs.
