DJX Pop-Up Dayz Made Buzzworthy Debut on the Road to DJX ‘25

The inaugural DJX Pop-Up Dayz made stops along the Eastern Seaboard on the Road to DJX ‘25 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.

DJX Pop-Up Dayz emerged as a new innovative concept for DJX’s 35th anniversary, transforming the road to Atlantic City into a celebration of DJs along the Eastern Seaboard. Designed to spotlight “ALL DJs” – the initiative brought recognition, visibility, and opportunity to local talent and surrounding communities.

With a fully wrapped DJX x DJ LIFE Lexus acting as a mobile studio, DJ booth, and ticket drop machine, the tour rolled up the East Coast, creating spontaneous pop-up events in cities like Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Charlotte, & Virginia Beach. These stops weren’t just about music – they were about connection, inclusion, and the shared passion that unites DJs everywhere.

The collaboration between DJX and DJ James Day, a well-established DJ committed to supporting and connecting with the DJ community, proved to be an ideal partnership for this initiative. The beauty of DJX Pop-Up Dayz was in its intergenerational spirit. Seasoned DJs gathered with emerging talent, mentoring and inspiring the next wave of performers in a real-world embodiment of DJX’s “COME TOGETHER” theme.

A multifold experience, the pop-ups didn’t just energize the DJ community – they created tangible economic opportunities for the local retailers that hosted them resulting in increased foot traffic, exposure and sales, reaffirming the positive economic impact a DJ brings to the table. The result, many of those retailers began hiring DJs for ongoing gigs, turning one-time events into ongoing opportunities.

DJX Pop-Up Dayz built an ecosystem that reflects the very heart of DJX and its core values: empowering DJs, uplifting communities, and driving the culture forward.

One of the many DJX Pop-Up Dayz stops on the Road to DJX!

Stay tuned and follow us on socials, because the #RoadToDJX didn't end in Atlantic City. There’s more to come…
