DJX ’25 Education: Stadium Jocks to Bring the Noise

At DJX ’25, we’ll assemble a diverse crew of stadium jocks who’ll explain the ins and outs of spinning before, during and after the games.

Atlantic City, N.J. – As college- and pro-sports venues have ramped up their in-game entertainment, the modern DJ is pumping up the volume like never before. Nonetheless, whether it’s working a stadium, arena or ballpark, many DJs must acquire and master a new set of skills, in addition to maintaining their party-rocking abilities. It’s an exciting, but often challenging, new gig. At DJX ’25, we’ll assemble a diverse crew of stadium jocks who’ll explain the ins and outs of spinning before, during and after the games.

Join us at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City from August 11-14 for DJX ‘25—the 35th anniversary of the industry’s most powerful gathering. This is where it all happens, all in one place, under one roof, at one time. Demo and shop for the latest gear and explore cutting-edge technology trends. Take part in interactive experiences, next-level education, and network with top DJs, producers, brands, and thought leaders - because real opportunities happen through eye contact and handshakes. Grab your passes now and set the standard in '25.

“Stadium Jocks: Spinning for the Team”

During this first-ever DJX panel, moderated by DJ LIFE Editor Jim Tremayne, we’ll find out: how the DJs got their gigs; what’s fully required of them; what’s different about the job; the challenges, the rewards, and more. Panelist DJs include “Digital Dave” Lander (NFL’s Pittsburgh Steelers, MLB’s Pittsburgh Pirates, ACC’s Pittsburgh Panthers); DJ Anarchy (NFL’s Houston Texans); John Murray (MLB’s Atlanta Braves); and Mike Alevras (Sally League’s Hudson Valley Renegades, MAAC’s Marist Red Foxes basketball).

Running since 1990, DJX, produced by DJ LIFE and Hazan Media Group, is the premier global event for the DJ industry. As the largest, longest running, and most impactful gathering of DJs in the Americas, DJX is where DJs, artists, radio stations, mix-show hosts, brands, retailers and industry leaders connect in person to celebrate music, innovation, and education. Highlights include the industry’s largest show floor, After Dark events, and nearly 40 educational sessions.
